We have over 40 years experience of working in and around the motorcycle industry, including trackday support and racing, preparing and maintaining our own road, track and race motorcycles.
We currently supply Captive wheel spacers for over 90 models of sports production Motorcycles, from early 1990’s models right through to the lastest cutting edge Superbikes.
We are continually to adding to the range so if your models is not listed drop us a mail and we will see if we can help.
Our captive wheel spacer kits are designed to help you with your wheel removal & refitting, making it easy for you to remove and refit your wheels after tyre changes, servicing, or simply cleaning your motorcycle. There is nothing worse than trying to clean around a wheel that is still mounted in the machine.
Fitting our captive wheel spacers makes it far easier, less stressful & less time consuming for you to maintain/clean or service your motorcycle, and it can also save you money with tyre fitting.
All our captive wheel spacer kits are simple to fit, the kits come with easy to follow installation instructions. They can be fitted in seconds with no specialist tools required. They are direct replacements for your oe spacers that often fall out, roll around the floor & get lost during routine maintenance.
The captive spacers can stay in situ until you need to service wheel bearings/seals etc, when they can be removed without too much difficulty, then reused.
There is no need to remove them for wheel balancing.
All our wheel spacers kits are precision engineered to exacting standards, using only the highest quality Billet Aluminium AL6061. A very tough, hard wearing, highly corrosion resistant Alloy that is used in the aerospace industry amongst many others.
We are suppliers to Dealers, Motorcycle workshops, Trackday enthusiasts, road users, racers and race teams of all levels worldwide.
We are on hand via email or telephone should you require any further help or advise.
